Organisational Structure
The Institute of Research and Development in Agroenvironment develops expertise and technologies for the reduction of pollution due to agricultural activities while preserving profitability in an effort to promote sustainable development and resource conservation.

Research Programs
Soil fertility management; Crop pest management/IPM; Soil and water conservation; conditioning, postharvest conservation, energy saving and farm waste treatment processes; and Agroenvironmental economy and management. Special projects include organic agriculture, agriculture in peri-urban areas and biotechnologies.
